At SaaS Monkey, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with our service, we offer a straightforward refund policy.
You may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase or subscription payment. After 30 days, refunds are issued on a prorated basis for the unused portion of your subscription period.
To request a refund, contact our support team through the application. Please include your account email address and the reason for your refund request. We will process your request within 5-7 business days.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. When you cancel, you will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period. No further charges will be made after cancellation.
One-time setup fees, custom development work, and add-on purchases that have already been consumed or activated are generally non-refundable. We evaluate these on a case-by-case basis.
